Join Joël Jones – Holistic Nutritionist, and Lauren Mazur – Personal Trainer, in a beginner’s meal prep workshop.  Learn how to make nutritious, healthy balanced meals. Maximizing  your time in the kitchen, and have fun doing it.

Stop calorie counting.  Our emphasis is on eating good quality fresh ingredients that will help maximize your energy level by stabilizing your blood sugar levels throughout the day.

Enjoy learning to make our delicious healthy menu and pick up tips and tricks to feeling satisfied and achieving your fitness/health goals.

COST: $129+hst/person — Bring a friend! $225+hst/couple (Save $35)

TAKE HOME: days of prepared and packaged breakfast, lunch and 3 snack options!

Breakfast:  Nut-butter Banana Chia Overnight Oats

Lunch: Turkey Muffins* w/ Sweet Potato Fries on a bed of salad

Snacks: Fudgy (healthy) Brownies/Zucchini noodles tossed in Pesto/Homemade Baba Ganoush

*Vegetarian options available
