Join Joël Jones – Holistic Nutritionist, and Lauren Mazur – Personal Trainer, in a beginner’s meal prep workshop. Learn how to make nutritious, healthy balanced meals. Maximizing your time in the kitchen, and have fun doing it.
Emphasis on balancing portions of protein, fats and carbohydrates to maximize energy and stabilize blood sugar throughout the day.
