All work and no play is not how I do business!  Embracing a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be a snore.  I have a no-nonsense approach when it’s necessary, but I am also very empathetic and LOVE to laugh.  This journey isn’t about me teaching you what to do.  It’s about us co-creating a plan, and me helping you every step of the way! We will build a personalized lifestyle coaching programs based on your bio-individuality, health and fitness goals.

Knowledge is Power:  

I teach people how to eat. I put an emphasis on intuitive eating and food education. Instead of limiting my clients to the boxes of a meal plan, we work together so they don’t require one.  Teaching my clients what foods work best for their bio-individuality and helping them feel confident in their ability to choose what’s best is more than any meal plan can offer.  Break free from the boxes!

6-Week Jump Start Coaching Package

Coaching Calls {5 – 30 minute sessions} :

This is where it gets good! Accountability! – Let’s talk about where you are, where you were and where you are going. Each week we’ll implement small, sustainable changes!  I prepare a tid bit for you to take away each week as a lesson, something related to your goals, and will help you through the next week.  Week after week we will building on the changes we’ve made, while tweaking the program if necessary to meet your goals in real time.
